Erin French welcomes travelers from all over the world to her seasonal restaurant, The Lost Kitchen. Located in her small hometown of Freedom, Maine, Erin leads a team of local women as they create memorable dinners inspired by quality ingredients and homegrown cooking. 

 

This was a heartfelt project for me because I saw it from greenlight to the final episode, and it was my introduction to documentary filmmaking. I began on this project as an Associate Producer for the first season, and graduated to Field Producer and Co-Director for the second season. For the third season, I served as Field Producer and Director.
